The safety of our team and the communities in which we operate is of paramount importance to us and remains a key part of our business culture.
We aim to keep everyone involved in our business safe and well, and achieve workplaces free from serious injuries and fatalities.
We believe safety is a shared responsibility. Everyone has the right and responsibility to stop work if conditions become unsafe, regardless of position or experience.
We require all visitors to our sites to comply with relevant legislation, company and site specific requirements, adhere to relevant codes of practice, maintain all applicable licences, registrations and insurance and follow employee instructions to ensure the safety of all people on site.
To ensure everyone who delivers or outturns grain, or carries out work at one of our sites knows the rules and maintains applicable licences, registrations and insurance, we require them to have a relevant and up to date safety induction.
