Our employee benefits

We are fortunate to have many employees spend a significant portion of their careers with us. Our years of service programme recognises the hard work and commitment of employees who have been with us for five or more years. Employees who reach years of service milestones receive a gift and certificate as a token of our appreciation.

We offer eligible employees a parental leave programme which includes up to 12 weeks of primary and 2 weeks of secondary caregiver leave, in addition to government parental leave policies.

We offer all permanent employees an additional day of leave each year for them to celebrate their birthday.

To support all employee’s growth and learning, we offer many opportunities for relevant online and in person training, such as leadership, personal development, safety training, equipment training and certificate III/IV opportunities.

Permanent employees are encouraged to undertake further studies. We may also help cover the cost of these studies if relevant to an employee’s position.

We partner with various businesses to offer employees a range of corporate discounts and offers on products and services including travel, clothing, health and financial services, as well as novated leases.
