After reviewing any incident of an uncontrolled vehicle movement, Bunge may take appropriate and necessary action. This may include requiring evidence of certification, road-worthiness and denying access to sites if a vehicle is deemed to be unsafe.
Anyone transporting grain to or from a Bunge site (farmers or those delivering on behalf of a farmer) will need to hold a valid safety card by completing the safety induction for grower deliveries.

Your business, and any contractor working at our sites, will need to have a valid Rapid registration.
No prior safety induction is required. Passengers who remain inside a vehicle do not need to complete a safety induction. Visitors to site will be provided with a site induction by a Bunge employee on arrival at the office.
Anyone transporting grain to or from a Bunge site (farmers or those delivering on behalf of a farmer) will need to hold a valid safety card by completing the safety induction for grower deliveries.
The induction verifies that you are up to date with the relevant safety requirements, procedures and responsibilities relating to transporting grain at our sites.

To obtain a safety card, complete the safety induction for grower deliveries, which has updated safety information that you should be aware of before attending our sites.
From August 2025, physical safety cards are no longer being distributed. You can access a digital version of your safety card on the safety card website or the Bunge app.
Any time you are transporting grain at our sites, we can ask to see either a digital version of your safety card, or photographic identification so we can verify you have completed the induction.
This is the only safety card recognised by Bunge.
If you hold a valid Rapid registration, you do not need a safety card as well.
To ensure you are up to date with the latest safety information, safety cards need to be renewed every two years.
No, visitors and passengers do not need a safety card. Passengers must remain in the vehicle in operational areas. Visitors being escorted on site or only entering the classification office, for example to have a sample tested, do not need a safety card. It is only required for those driving the vehicle that is delivering grain to the site.

Once your business has registered with Rapid, you can issue induction keys to your employees. This will allow them to register, complete inductions relevant to their role and upload required documents.

Rapid allows you and your company to self-register and upload qualifications, licences and insurances, and complete online induction training relevant to the type of contractor that you are and the work you will be performing at our sites.
It also allows us to provide safety information to all contractors and ensures you are aware of our site operations and equipped to conduct your work in a safe environment.
No, Bunge only accepts a valid Rapid registration for contractors and carriers undertaking work.
