We provide domestic outturn services to farmers, grain buyers and end users who have delivered or purchased grain in our South Australian and western Victorian network.
We facilitate this service by managing stock availability at a regional basis. At times outturn sites may vary from where the stock was delivered or bought.
Our stock management system allows customers to access grain throughout the year, including during peak harvest and export shipping periods.
Domestic outturn conditions for farmers are set out in the receival service and warehousing terms and conditions and can be arranged by contacting the local regional office.
Domestic outturn conditions for grain buyers are set out in Schedule E of the pricing, procedures and protocols manual.
If outturned grain does not meet the outturn quality standards, please refer to Schedule H of the pricing, procedures and protocols manual and contact us as soon as possible.
