Farmers delivering and selling to Bunge are required to register with the National Grower Register (NGR).
NGR is a single place for you to keep contact and business details up to date.
To update your contact details, please log in to myNGR or call NGR on 1800 556 630. NGR will automatically share your new contact details with us.
You are required to complete a grain delivery document with details about your load for each delivery to a Bunge site. Books are available at sites.
Please note, digital delivery advice is not available at Western Australian sites for this harvest.
Bunge works with the grain industry and Main Roads Western Australia (WA) to reduce heavy vehicle overloading and promote compliance with transport regulation, while recognising the challenges farmers and operators face when moving grain.
Bunge participates in Main Roads WA’s Harvest Mass Management Scheme (HMMS), offering HMMS allowances to transport operators delivering grain to our sites between 1 October and the last day of February.
This scheme was developed to assist the grain industry with the difficulties experienced loading grain from a paddock, and it is not a concessional loading scheme.
To participate for deliveries to Bunge sites, growers and transport operators are required to register their vehicles each harvest prior to the scheme's commencement on 1 October or your first delivery.

Main Roads WA may conduct random audits at Bunge sites throughout harvest. As part of this, officers will review the HMMS-related documentation and procedures.

The Accredited Mass Management Scheme (AMMS) allows for combinations to operate at concessional mass levels without prescribing specific loading methods or restricting commodity types
If you are delivering under the AMMS, please ensure you have your permit number available upon arrival at a Bunge site. You will need to provide this number on your first delivery.

Drivers and loaders share responsibility for ensuring vehicles are not overloaded.
Bunge weighs vehicles on entry and exit. Vehicles arriving overloaded will receive a mass breach warning and reported to Main Roads WA.
Drivers must follow site instructions to safely manage overloaded vehicles. Loaders and drivers must also demonstrate actions taken to avoid overloads recurring.
Overloaded tonnes will be forfeited according to the HMMS, with proceeds being distributed to charity.

The farmer or carrier who consigned the load may receive formal communication from Main Roads WA advising of the breach, in accordance with Chain of Responsibility legislation.
