Wheat is Australia’s largest winter crop by planted area. As a winter crop, planting occurs in April/May, with harvest beginning in around October/November.
Australian wheat has an excellent reputation around the world for its high quality, being bright white in colour and containing low moisture and screenings content, as well as for its performance in end use products.
Australian wheat is segregated into several classes with distinct quality characteristics to meet end use requirements, making it suitable for use in a wide range of products including noodles, dumplings, breads, cakes and pasta.

Barley is Australia’s second largest grain crop. It is a winter crop, which is planted in April/May and harvested from around October/November.
Australia produces reliable and high-quality feed and malting barley. Australia’s feed barley is well suited to animal feed applications, and the malting barley produced here is highly sought after for brewing and distilling, as well for use in malt foods such as confectionary, drinks and cereals.

Sorghum is a summer grain crop grown primarily in north eastern Australia, throughout Queensland and northern New South Wales.
Depending on the region, planting occurs between September to January, and harvest between January and May.
We are an exporter of red sorghum from Australia to overseas customers for use in feed, industrial and food products. We also service domestic feed and ethanol industries.
