Register for an Ezigrain account to access your delivery information and transact your grain this season

• On a computer, visit ezigrain.com.au or on your phone, go to the Ezigrain section of the Bunge app.
• Click Register now.
• Your mobile number will be your username.
• Through your mobile number, your NGR(s) will automatically link to your account.
• A verification code will be sent to your phone to ensure your information is secure.

Download the Bunge app to view your information on the go

• Download the Bunge app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Favourite the sites you deliver to so you can view segregations, opening hours and cash pricing.
• Log in to Ezigrain ready for when you deliver.

Update who has access to your NGR

• Go to My NGRs and Users in Ezigrain on the Bunge app (Preferences > My NGRs and Users) or website (Dashboard).
• If you are the primary contact in NGR, give others access to view your NGR in Ezigrain and assign different permissions relevant to their role.
• Invite people who are not NGR contacts to access your NGR by using Invite User, and decide what permissions they have. Learn more.
• Invite brokers to transact on your behalf by using Add Broker. Learn more.

Can't see your NGR or not the primary administrator in Ezigrain?

Our system is linked to the National Grower Register (NGR). Anyone listed as a contact will automatically receive administrator access to that NGR when they create an account using their mobile number.

To ensure the correct people are provided with administrator access, please check all contact details are correct and up to date in NGR.

Viewing previous deliveries and transactions

The BungeServices portal is still accessible in view-only mode to see information on your previous deliveries and transactions.

The portal will be accessible in view-only mode throughout this season. We will communicate before any further access is removed.

Cash prices for the 2026/27 season will be live soon. Once you have delivered, you will be able to sell and transfer your current-season warehoused grain to a cash price in three easy steps through the Bunge app or Ezigrain website.

As we continue to tailor Ezigrain and the Bunge app for WA farmers, some features that are not available this harvest or in WA will be visible on the platforms.

If you attempt to access a feature that is not yet available in Western Australia, you will be shown an error message.
